How do I install the Salonkee application on my phone?

Would you like to add the Salonkee application to your mobile phone? Nothing could be simpler!

Would you like to add the Salonkee application to your mobile phone? Nothing could be simpler! Follow the instructions and each step below (1. for Apple and 2. for Android):

1. You have an Apple device (iPhone or iPad with iOS):

  1. Enter your device and open your 'Chrome' browser. Type in the search bar:

    For Luxembourg: www.salonkee.lu/keenect

    For Switzerland: www.salonkee.ch/keenect

  2. Log in to your account. Enter your login details (e-mail address and password), then click on 'Login';

  3. Click on the tab shown below. The button in question represents an arrow in a square;

  4. Click on the 'On home screen' button. This will give you access without having to go through the browser again;

  5. Click on 'Add'. Congratulations, your Salonkee application is now on your home page!

  6. Open the application and connect one last time. The system will then remain connected.

2. You have an Android device:

  1. Enter your device and open your 'Google Chrome' browser (See icon below). Type in the search bar:

    For Luxembourg: www.salonkee.lu/keenect

    For Switzerland: www.salonkee.ch/keenect

  2. Log in to your account. Enter your login details (e-mail address and password), then click on 'Login';

  3. Click on the tab representing three vertically aligned dots, as shown in the model;

  4. Click on the 'Add to home screen' tab. This will give you access without having to go through the browser again;

  5. Click on 'Add'. Congratulations, your Salonkee application is now on your home page!

For Android devices, you need to open the "Google Chrome" application, not "Google" or any other application.

  • Clicking on your profile at the top right of your window;

  • Then click on “I need help”;

  • Finally click on “Send us a message”.
