How to use the incoming Call Identification Feature

Simplify your phone appointment scheduling with Incoming Call Identification. Create, edit, and reschedule quickly and easily!

Prerequisites

To use this feature, prior installation is required. Contact us via csm@salonkee.lu or via chat to get access!

  1. Identify Incoming Calls

When an existing client calls your salon, their name appears in the Salonkee agenda.

Click on the client's name to access the client file. It contains:

  • The upcoming appointments of the calling client

  • The appointment history of the calling client

If you want to access the client's full profile, simply click on “Customer Profile”

2. Create a New Appointment During the Call

To create a new appointment, drag the ‘+’ sign at the bottom of the page to the desired date and time of the appointment.

You will have the option to create an appointment for the calling client or another client of your choice.

3. Modify the Details of an Existing Appointment During the Call

To reschedule a client appointment, open their client file and then click on ‘Show in Calendar’.

When you click on ‘Show in Calendar’, you will automatically be redirected to the corresponding appointment. Click on the appointment to edit it (change of service, date/time).

4. Reschedule an Appointment During the Call

A client calls to reschedule their appointment? Click on the client file and then click on ‘Copy Appointment’.

A banner will appear at the bottom of the agenda page with the appointment details. Drag the ‘+’ sign to the desired date and time.

5. Create an Appointment with a New Client

When a new client calls, their number will appear at the top of the Salonkee agenda.

When you create an appointment with a new client, their number will be automatically saved, and you can easily use it when creating their profile by clicking on 'Use Recent Call'. This reduces input errors!
