How do I use group bookings on Salonkee?

We've developed a group booking feature that allows you to seamlessly manage sessions for numerous attendees. Perfect for a variety of events, from training to makeup or hair courses to fitness classes, this addition is all about enhancing your salon's capability to serve more clients with greater ease. Experience the convenience of expanded services with Salonkee.

1. Create a New Group Session

  • Navigate to 'My Salon' settings in Salonkee Pro.

  • Under Services, select 'add new group class'.

  • Enter the details of your class, such as name, duration, and capacity.


2. Schedule Your Group Session

  • Once your group class is created, go to your calendar.

  • Choose the dates and times you plan to run the session.

  • Select the 'group class' tab and input the session details.

  • Remember to SAVE your settings before exiting.

3. Managing Class Attendance

Adding Customers:

  • Open the desired group session from your calendar.

  • Use the search function to find and add customers quickly.

Removing Customers:

  • Click on the 'trash' icon next to a customer's name to remove them from the session.

4. Handling Payments

When it's time for payment, simply:

  • Click the 'checkout' button beside the relevant customer

  • Process the payment for each customer, as you normally would.

  • Once paid, the status will update to 'Paid' next to the customer's name.

Group bookings are a fantastic way to optimise your salon's offerings and provide them collective experiences for your customers.
