NEW: How do I enable the Invoice Service Description?

Helping clients in claiming reimbursements for their eligible beauty treatments

Salonkee lets salons add more detail to their invoices to their clients claim reimbursements for eligible beauty treatments.

Step 1: Enabling Service Invoice Description

To activate additional invoice fields:

1. Go to "My Salon" in the top right-hand corner.

2. Click the "Settings" tab and select "General".

3. Scroll down to the "Accounting" section.

4. Toggle "Enable additional invoice fields" on and click "Save".

Step 2: Configuring Employee Information

To set up invoice details for employees administering beauty treatments with medical indications:

1. Go to "My Salon" in the top right-hand corner.

2. Click the "Employees" tab on the left hand side and select "Employee Management".

3. Choose the employee responsible for the medical treatments.

4. On their profile, go to the "Miscellaneous" tab.

5. Under "Employee Invoice Information":

- Enter the employee's "full name" as shown on their identification documents.

- Add their "practitioner registration number" issued by their country-specific medical council.

6. Save the changes

Step 3: Configuring Service Information

To link medical indications to specific services:

1. Go to "My Salon" in the top right-hand corner.

2. Click the "Services" tab on the left-hand side.

3. Select the service classified under medical indication.

4. Scroll down to "Invoice Service Description"

5. Enter the "treatment code" provided by your country's medical council and any relevant details for this service.

6. Save the updates.

Step 4: Setting Salon Company Information for Invoices

To ensure your salon’s details appear correctly on invoices:

1. Go to "My Salon" in the top right-hand corner.

2. Click "Settings tab" on the left-hand side and select "Company Info".

3. Add all necessary information about your salon, including any extra details you want displayed on the invoices.

4. Scroll further to "Invoice Layout" to customize the layout.

5. Save the updates.

Step 5: Generating Invoices

1. When your client has been treated, proceed with the checkout.

2. Click "Generate Invoice".

3. Customer details will be automattically filled if a profile exists with the salon. You may provide further information regarding the service under "Additional Service Information" and click "Generate Invoice".

4. You can print or e-mail the invoice to your client.

All invoices are saved within the POS system.
