How to Connect WooCommerce with Salonkee Pro

This guide is designed to facilitate the integration of WooCommerce with your Salonkee Pro Shop.

The integration of Salonkee Pro with WooCommerce transforms the way you manage your inventory by updating stock values in real-time:

  1. ⏰ Real-Time updates: Whenever a sale is made, either online through WooCommerce or in-store via Salonkee Pro, the stock levels are immediately adjusted to reflect the new quantity. This integration ensures that your online customers see up-to-date availability, and your staff can rely on accurate stock information.

  2. 📦 Stock values on main product listings page: On the main product listings page within Salonkee Pro, you'll find a column dedicated to stock values. This is where you can quickly glance at the available quantity for each product. As sales occur, these numbers will adjust in real time, keeping you informed at a glance.

  3. 📃 Product detail page: When you view a specific product's detail page, you'll see the current stock level for that item. This page provides a more in-depth look at the item, including its sales history and any pending orders that will affect stock levels.

This guide is for existing WooCommerce users:

  • Go to your WooCommerce Dashboard's Navigation Panel

  • Click on WooCommerce

  • Click on Settings

  • Click on the Advanced tab

  • Click on the Rest API sub-tab

  • Click on Create an API key

  • Pick a description of your choosing

  • Search for your email account to set an user

  • Set Permissions to Read/Write

  • Click on Generate an API key

  • The following view should be displayed. Make sure to copy and paste the Consumer key and Consumer secret somewhere safe. You will need them to link your WooCommerce store with Salonkee Pro. These are your online store's API credentials.

  • On the Salonkee Pro interface, click on Products

  • In your sidebar click on Online Shop and then select WooCommerce by clicking on Connect Shop

  • Fill in your API credentials you have previously saved

  • Fill in your Salonkee webpage url and the click on Connect

A loader should be displayed while the store is being set up. The following things take place in the meantime:

  1. Online products get checked against local products using matching barcodes (EANs) for conflicts.

  2. If there is any product conflict you will get the following message in red in the picture below. Choose where you would like to update your conflicted products and click on Update Now .


Your Online Sales Dashboard is designed to provide a comprehensive view of your inventory, encompassing both online and physical store locations. Additionally, it allows you to monitor your product sales performance in your online store.


If you want to automatically publish your products to your online store, go to Product List in Salonkee Pro:

  • Select the products you want to make available online. Handy hint: You can use the Bulk Edit option to select multiple products at once by pressing the 3 dots next to products.

  • Select the desired products and click on Edit Selection, if you edited in bulk. Otherwise, you can just simply click on the desired product.

  • Select the option to enable eshop and click on confirm. Your selected products will be automatically published to your online store. You can also do this procedure if you just choose 1 product, click on enable product in online shop and click on confirm

  • If you see the shop icon next to the product name - it will mean that these products are available in their online store.
