We have launched fully automated birthday emails that you can activate and edit in Salonkee Pro.
To access and edit this feature:
Go to Campaigns
Click Automated campaigns
Switch the feature to active
Then click the three dots to start editing.
You are in control of every aspect of the email. Here is what you can change and how:
You can choose when the email is sent. For example: on the birthday itself, x days before the birthday, etc.
The language the email is sent in. You can also set up several versions of the same email.
The subject + the email address clients can reply to
The photo included in the email. You can choose from the photos we offer or upload one of your own.
The text content of the email, including the heading and the body text.
You can include a button that links to your Salonkee booking page, as well as a link to your social media.
At the top of the page, you can click Colours to change the preset colours and/or add your own.
Once you have edited the content and settings of the email, you can see a preview on the right-hand side of the screen.
Don't forget to save your changes before you leave!
You can also view the statistics for your birthday emails by clicking the three dots, then Statistics.
This feature is available in the Business package and in the new GO, SMART and PRO packages. If you are interested in this feature and it is not active in your account, feel free to contact us! đ
