Note that some of this icons won't be present in all the Salonkee packs.

Depending on your Salonkee package there might be a lot going on in your agenda interface. To help you better understand what each icon means, we created a small guide below.

Clocking in: By clicking on this icon your employees can clock in and out or work. With their individual pin they can start and stop the timer. You can view all of the analytics in the Dashboard under Employees and then Time Tracking!

Card on file: This card symbol means that the client who booked this appointment has a card on file. For more info about this feature, click here.

Subscription: This appointment is part of a subscription. To find out how many sessions the client has left, click on the appointment in the calendar.

Recurring appointment: This appointment is part of a series of recurring appointments. The number shows you how many appointments the client has in total as well as which one this specific one is. (In this case, the appointment is the first out of three in total)

Missed calls: By clicking on this icon, you’ll see a list of any possible missed calls.

Waiting List: This icon shows the waiting list, who’s on it and what they’re on the list for. You have the option to check today only, as well as the total waiting list.

Payment Confirmation: This symbol means that this appointment has been paid for.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact your relationship manager or send us an email to contact@salonkee.lu (Luxembourg), contact@salonkee.be (Belgium),

contact@salonkee.de (Germany), or contact@salonkee.nl (Netherlands), or contact@salonkee.ch (Switzerland). The easiest way, however, is to get in touch via chat which you launch by:

  • Clicking on your profile at the top right of your window;

  • Then click on “I need help”;

  • Finally click on “Send us a message”.

This is how you come into direct contact with our support team who will try to be as responsive as possible!

See you soon,

The Salonkee team
