Whether youāre running low on essentials or just want to stock up, hereās how to get started:
1. š Where can I find the Salonkee Store?
Option 1:
Log into your Salonkee Pro account.
At the top of the screen, click on āStoreā.
Option 2:
Log into your Salonkee Pro account.
Click on your salonās name in the top-right corner.
In the menu that appears, click on āStoreā.

š Please note: The Salonkee Store is currently only available on desktop. The mobile and tablet version is coming soon!
2. š§“Browsing and ordering Products
2.1 š Searching for products
There are three ways to find the products you need on the Salonkee Store, which is via the search bar, filters, or via the categories.
š Search bar - At the top of the Salonkee Store, you can use the search bar and find your desired product by product name or EAN code.
2. š§” Filter by brand - By clicking on the āBrandā tab at the top of left hand side of your screen, you can choose your brand of choice (e.g. LāOrĆ©al, Schwarzkopf, Wella, etc.)
3. šļø Explore categories: At the top of your screen, youāll find a variety of categories to help you quickly find what you need ā such as Hair, Nails & Pedicure, Body, Face, and more.

š” Please note that you will also find more filters on the left hand side of the screen when youāre browsing through categories or brands.
āFAQ: Does Salonkee Store offer discounts or special offers?
Yes! The Salonkee Store regularly features exclusive discounts and special offers on selected products. To stay updated, check the āOffersā tab at the top of your screen frequently.
Youāll also receive promotional emails from Salonkee with additional discount codes and campaign highlights ā so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox!
āFAQ: Why canāt I see the prices in the Store?
If you have access management enabled, you can control what your employees see and do in the Salonkee Store. You can restrict access to the Store itself, the product list, purchase prices, and the ability to place orders. This is available within the Salonkee Business Package.
To adjust these settings, go to āMy Salonā in your Salonkee Pro account, then open the āAdmin Panelā, select āAccess Managementā, and scroll down to the āProductsā section.
ā Products already listed in your Salonkee Pro account will show up automatically under the āProductsā section of the store. Please note this is only available via the Salonkee Plus package. If youāre interested in this package, kindly contact our dedicated customer support team via the Chat function.
2.2 š¢ Product Availability
Each product shows whether it is available on the Salonkee Store:

2.3 ā¤ļø Favouriting items
You can browse through the store and easily favourite items by clicking on the heart placed on the corner of the product. This will place them all in a āFavoritesā list on your account.
You can access your āFavouritesā list at the top right corner of the screen. From there you can easily move all the items to the cart to purchase them.
2.4 š Adding items to cart
If you want to add items to your cart, then you can click the shopping cart button at the bottom of the product item. You can easily select how many items you want to order.
When you want to view your cart, you can access it via the cart symbol on the top right hand corner of the screen.
Here you can change the number of items you want per product or remove products. When youāre ready, you can continue to checkout.
3. š Checkout and Payment
At checkout, you have to add your shipping address, billing addresses, and you will see your order summary.
š” Tip: You can enter a discount code in the order summary before completing your purchase. Keep an eye on your inbox ā Salonkee regularly shares exclusive discount codes via email campaigns!
If everything looks good, click āBuy nowā. Click āNextā and confirm your payment details.
Once ordered, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. š Manage Your Orders
To manage your orders, simply click on āOrdersā at the top of the page. There, youāll find a complete overview of all your past orders, including the order status, creation date, number of items, total cost, and payment status - everything you need to keep track of your purchases in one place.
When you click on an order, youāll see all the important details - including the list of products, total price, tax and VAT information, shipping costs, number of shipments, and the order date. You can also save a copy of the order by exporting it as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file.
You have the option to re-order the same products or add them directly to your stock.
To track your delivery, simply click on the tracking number link. This will take you to the live delivery status of your order. Delivery times vary, however, it is often between 2-4 days.
*Please note that the tracking numbers are not shown in the screenshot, but will be visible on your Salonkee Store account.
5. š§“Manage your Products
Products that are already listed in your Salonkee Pro account will automatically appear under the āProductsā section of the Store. You can access this section by clicking on the āProductsā tab at the top of your screen.

In the āMy Productsā section, youāll find:

⢠Products not available via the Salonkee Store
⢠Products that are out of stock

5. 1 Use Smart Order Suggestions
Salonkee makes ordering smarter by analyzing your stock:
š Auto-suggest by Low Stock:
If a product falls below your set minimum level, the system recommends a reorder.
š Auto-suggest by Usage:
Based on how much youāve used a product in the last 90 days, Salonkee suggests how much to reorder.
